We offer courses that capture the changing seasons and a la carte options that you can choose according to your mood. Fresh vegetables are prepared to highlight their crunch, seafood is cooked to enhance its aroma, and meat dishes are prepared using both low temperature and direct heat to concentrate their flavors. Carefully crafted dashi and sauces refine the contours, ensuring a balanced experience that remains enjoyable until the last bite. We have also thoughtfully considered the pairing of wines, sake, and non-alcoholic drinks that can be enjoyed by the glass.
